1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Hostzilla website, dashboard, and hosting services (together, the "Services"), operated by Hostzilla Technologies LLC ("Hostzilla", "we", "us"). By submitting a request, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Services
Hostzilla provides managed Virtual Private Server ("VPS") instances and cPanel-based shared/managed hosting. Plan specifications (vCPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, IP allocation) are as listed on the pricing page at the time of your request and are confirmed in writing when your account is created.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and SSH/server credentials.
- You must notify us promptly at support@hostzilla.example.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Orders & provisioning
Hostzilla currently processes orders through a request-based workflow: you submit a plan request, our team reviews and confirms it, and — once payment is arranged — provisions your server and delivers credentials through your dashboard. Submitting a request does not, by itself, create a binding contract or guarantee provisioning; a contract is formed once we confirm your order.
5. Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is currently confirmed manually by our team; your dashboard reflects the plan price and next due date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension as described in Section 6.
6. Suspension & acceptable use
We may suspend or restrict a service if: payment is overdue, the service is used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or continued operation poses a security or legal risk to Hostzilla or third parties. Where practical, we will provide advance notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostzilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our uptime commitments, if any, are described separately in a Service Level Agreement made available to customers.
8. Termination & cancellation
You may cancel a service at any time by contacting support; cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may terminate a service for material breach of these Terms, including a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy that is not cured after notice.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@hostzilla.example.com or to our registered address: [Registered business address].
